I recommend against using these for anything other than casual wear. They ripped in multiple places on both shoes the first time I used them to do anything beyond walking. Also the soles started detriorating like a used dish sponge. Also, Nike refused to do anything about it so that's cool.Honestly can't believe they sell these as athletic shoes because they are essentially made of fancy construction paper and a Mr. Clean magic eraser.
